Does Repliqo work with Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. Connect an existing Gmail, Google Workspace or Outlook mailbox and the team works from it in Repliqo, with no DNS changes. Trials import the last 30 days; paid plans can import 90 days, 12 months or the full history.
Can we use addresses on our own domain?
Yes. Repliqo walks you through the DNS records, sets them for you at supported registrars, verifies them, and then hosts addresses like support@ and billing@ directly.
What stops two people answering the same email?
Every conversation has one assignee, and a reply draft is locked to the person writing it. A teammate can take a draft over, but two people can never unknowingly send separate replies.
Can an AI agent send email from our inboxes?
Not unless you allow it. Agents connected over MCP save replies as drafts for a teammate to review and send. Sending is a separate permission you grant on purpose.
