Write the good answer once.

The best reply to a common question usually already exists, in someone's sent folder. Snippets put it where the whole team can use it.

  • Owners and admins create and edit snippets in settings.
  • Every inbox in the workspace uses the same list.
  • Search by snippet name as you type.

Personal, not copy-pasted.

Variables fill in the details that make a reply feel written for this person, and anything missing is flagged before you send.

  • {{contact.firstName}} and {{contact.company}} from the contact.
  • {{me.firstName}} for whoever is replying.
  • Missing values show as placeholders to fix.

Questions teams ask before switching.

How do I insert a snippet?

Type / at the start of a paragraph in any reply and search by snippet name, or use Insert snippet from the command palette.

Which variables can a snippet use?

The contact's first name and company, your first name, and the inbox name. If a value is missing, the snippet shows a placeholder so you can fill it in before sending.

Who can create snippets?

Owners and admins create and edit snippets under Settings, then Snippets. Everyone in the workspace can insert them.

What is a shared inbox?

A shared inbox is a team workspace for addresses like support@, sales@, or info@. Instead of sharing passwords or forwarding messages, teammates assign conversations, leave internal notes, draft replies, and track what is open or done.

Does Repliqo work with Gmail and Outlook?

Yes. Connect an existing Gmail, Google Workspace or Outlook mailbox and the team works from it in Repliqo, with no DNS changes.

Can Repliqo use custom-domain email addresses?

Yes. Repliqo walks you through the DNS records, sets them for you at supported registrars, verifies them, and then hosts addresses like support@ and billing@ directly.

Turn team email into a calm queue.

Create a workspace, add your domain or connect Gmail or Outlook, and invite the people who answer email.
