Workspace billing is managed by the Billing Owner. Seat totals follow accepted active workspace members, including the Billing Owner. Pending invitations do not bill.

Is there a trial?
Yes. New workspaces can start with a 14-day workspace trial for up to 5 workspace members while the trial is active.
How many domains and inboxes can I have?
Inboxes are unlimited on every plan. Verified sending domains are limited: 1 on the workspace trial, 3 on Pro, and 10 on Business. Connected Gmail and Outlook mailboxes do not count toward that limit. Agencies and multi-brand teams running more than 10 domains should email hello@repliqo.app and we will sort out a plan.
What is the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro runs your shared inbox: unlimited inboxes, assignment, statuses, per-inbox access controls, and automations that organise the queue: auto-assign, round-robin, labels, statuses, Tasks, and auto-replies. Business adds AI summaries and drafts, automations that post into Slack, Discord, Trello, Linear, GitHub, and Dropbox, outbound webhooks to your own systems, and 10 domains instead of 3.
How much Gmail history does Repliqo import?
Trial workspaces import the last 30 days of existing mail when a Gmail inbox is connected. On Pro and Business you choose the depth at connect time: 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, or your entire mailbox. New mail always syncs in full on every plan.
Who manages billing?
Workspace billing is managed by the Billing Owner through checkout and the customer portal.
